3-Day Policy

SHORT-TERM LIABILITY AND PHYSICAL DAMAGE (DOES NOT EXCEED 72 HOURS)

Liability: $60,000 combined single limit bodily injury and property damage

Physical Damage: ACV not to exceed $100,000 (less $1000 deductible)

This policy does not allow hauling or vehicles to be registered

Driver Requirements:

• Driver must be over the age of 23 and under the age of 75
• The driver is ineligible if they have done any of the following in the past five (5) years:
  • Received a citation for reckless driving?
  • Had a DWI, DUI or failed/refused a chemical test?
  • Received a ticket for leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident or received any citations involving a fatal accident?
  • Received a citation for passing a stopped school bus, speeding in a school zone or fleeing the police?
  • Received a speeding ticket for going 30 or more MPH over the limit?
• The driver is ineligible if they have received a citation for two or more (2+) of the following in the past three years:
  • Careless driving
  • Following too closely
  • Improper or erratic lane change
• The driver is ineligible if they have received more than five (5) moving violations in the past three (3) years
